A "Lookie" at a Diva: Stella Nyambura Mwangi (STL)
I decided to write this post about my favourite gal and Diva Stella Nyambura Mwangi because she has managed to capture both the local and international audience with her talent and splendor. When she first waltzed into the Kenyan scene, I used to argue with a couple of my friends that she was a Jamaican by origin until I read her profile. My fascination began thereon. Stella Nyambura Mwangi also known for stage name STL was born on 1 September 1986 in Nairobi. She is a Norwegian-Kenyan Singer, Song Writer and Rapper. In 1991 Stella had to move to Norway with her family due to some political issues in her home country. She started to practice playing music when she was just eight years old. She is not just a singer, but also plays the piano.
